The matched-pair approach is TPB's defining capability: one project can yield a polyclonal antibody in your chosen host species, a recombinant protein in your chosen expression system, and a validated knockout cell line, all from the same supplier and against the same target. That combination gives researchers a built-in validation toolkit — the knockout cell line serves as an isogenic negative control for the antibody, and the recombinant protein provides a defined positive control for assay development.
