Request Documents
Everything you need for procurement, regulatory review, and lab-notebook records: CoAs, SDSs, datasheets, custom protocols, and bulk documentation. Request any document below and we respond within one business day.
Every Triple Point Biologics antibody ships with its own datasheet and lot-specific Certificate of Analysis. If you need a copy of a document for a lot you already own, a document you can share with your purchasing or quality team, or a bundled package for institutional procurement, use one of the routes below. Each request is handled by a named contact at our Sudbury, Ontario facility — not a shared inbox — and we respond within one business day.
Available documents
Product Datasheet
Full technical specifications for a specific antibody: target, immunogen region, host species, clonality, isotype, validated applications, recommended dilutions, storage conditions, and validation imagery.
Best when: vetting an antibody before purchase, or replacing a lost PDF.
Immediate download from any product page (Download Datasheet button), or request a specific SKU by email.
Certificate of Analysis (CoA)
Lot-specific QC document listing the immunogen used, purification method, protein concentration, storage buffer, validated applications with dilution ranges, and the test results from the lot release panel.
Best when: validating a new reagent in a regulated environment (pharma, GLP, ISO), or replacing a CoA for an existing lot.
Required: catalog number + lot number from the vial label. If you don't have the lot number to hand, we can send a representative CoA from the current lot for reference.
Safety Data Sheet (SDS / MSDS)
Chemical safety information for the antibody formulation. Triple Point antibodies are supplied in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide (a controlled substance under GHS) and 50% glycerol. The SDS covers hazard identification, handling, storage, disposal, and transport classifications.
Best when: onboarding a new supplier into your lab safety system, or shipping the reagent internationally.
Certificate of Origin (COO)
Country-of-manufacture declaration required by customs authorities for international shipments and for institutional procurement systems. Triple Point antibodies are manufactured in Canada; COOs are signed and stamped for USMCA, EU, and rest-of-world clearance.
Best when: importing outside North America, or completing government / hospital procurement paperwork.
Custom Protocol Request
Application-specific protocols we've developed for your target: antigen retrieval choices for IHC on FFPE, blocking recipes for tricky WB samples, dilution starting points for a new sample type, or paired positive controls when a straightforward loading control isn't ideal.
Best when: your application isn't covered by the standard recommended dilutions on the datasheet, or you're the first to try the antibody in a new tissue.
Bulk / Multi-lot Pricing
Volume pricing for multi-antibody, multi-lot, or single-lot inventory reservations. For long-running studies where lot continuity matters, we recommend ordering a larger quantity from a single lot with aliquoted single-lot inventory rather than re-ordering periodically.
Best when: planning a multi-year study, or purchasing for a shared core facility.
Something else?
If the document you need isn't listed above — for instance, a REACH statement, a conflict minerals declaration, an animal-welfare statement, or documentation for a specific regulatory jurisdiction — the general contact form reaches our production, QC, and regulatory staff directly. Describe what you need and we'll route it to whoever generated the document originally.
What to include in a document request
The fastest turnaround comes when the request contains: the catalog number(s), the lot number(s) if lot-specific documents are being requested, the receiving email address (or a shared institutional email like a purchasing address for CoAs going to procurement), the shipping address if the request is for a hard-copy document, and any deadline or purchase-order reference for our internal tracking. For institutional bulk requests, a spreadsheet of SKUs and lot numbers works better than a long email — we can process 50-item requests in a single response.
Documents delivered automatically
Every shipment includes the lot-specific CoA and the current datasheet as printed inserts, plus a duplicate PDF set emailed to the ship-to contact within 24 hours of dispatch. If your institution requires documents to arrive via a specific portal (Ariba, GEP, Coupa, SciQuest, etc.), let us know at purchase time and we'll upload directly to the portal in parallel with the standard email.
