Storage and handling
All Triple Point antibodies ship in a stabilising buffer (typically PBS with 0.02% sodium azide) and should be stored at −20 °C on receipt. Aliquot into single-use volumes before the first freeze to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, which degrade titre. Aliquots are stable at −20 °C for at least 12 months and frequently longer; working aliquots can be kept at 4 °C for up to one month in the presence of the sodium azide preservative. Do not store in frost-free freezers where temperature cycling occurs. If you observe precipitate after thawing, centrifuge briefly at 10,000 × g before use.
Shipping, customs, and lead times
Triple Point ships from Sudbury, Ontario with cold-chain packaging on all orders. Domestic Canadian orders typically arrive in 2–3 business days; United States orders in 3–5 days; international orders depend on destination and customs handling. For Europe and parts of Asia, ordering through our distributors — 2BScientific in the UK and Germany, Dakewe in China — is generally faster and avoids customs delays. Payment and purchasing
Triple Point accepts purchase orders from established institutions, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and wire transfer for international orders. For first-time PO-based customers, we may request standard institutional credit verification before shipping. Pricing on the storefront is in USD; distributors handle local currency in their territories. Bulk pricing and multi-SKU discounts are available on request through the contact form.
Validation and quality
Every catalog antibody is validated for Western blot; additional application validation in progress; recommended dilution ranges are published on the product page. We follow the five-pillar validation framework documented on the Quality and Validation page. Each lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis traceable to the specific rabbit, immunisation date, and QC release panel. If a CoA is missing from a shipment or you need one for a previous lot, request it through the CoA request page.
Custom services and Superpooled antibodies
We build custom rabbit polyclonal antibodies against targets not in our catalog; standard projects run 70–90 days. We also build custom Superpooled formats — pooled domain-specific antibodies in a single vial — for targets where epitope multiplicity matters. Free samples and the citation program
The free-sample-for-citation program supplies working aliquots to qualifying research labs in exchange for a citation in the resulting publication. The program is open to active proteinase researchers with a clear publication path; industrial diagnostic and therapeutic applications fall outside the program because the products are research-use-only.
Returns and the performance guarantee
If a Triple Point antibody doesn't perform in a validated application despite correct experimental conditions, we'll replace it or refund within 30 days.
